Today in Drenovci – Jakša Šestić, prof., Mayor of Municipality of Drenovci and Drago, Šubarić, Prof. Ph. D., Dean of Faculty of Food Technology in Osijek have signed the Contract for institutional building of Agricultural business incubator Drenovci thus providing direct transfer of academic knowledge and experience toward local agricultural producers and processors. This contract will present the basis for equipping of the Agricultural business incubator Drenovci after its construction.

The execution of this contract includes two HACCP systems introduction (1 for pilot educational- production facility (EPF) for fruit and vegetables processing and 1 for EPF for flour products), identification and standardization of two recipes of traditional flour product and fruits and vegetables product.

The Agricultural business incubator Drenovci is project funded in amount of 99% by the European Union from the Regional Competitiveness Operational Programme, grant scheme for business related infrastructure. The total value of the project is 12,464,719.29 HRK.
