Education and manufacturing facilities

The project team coordinates the implementation of activities and with the involvement of external experts from the academic community in order to establish links between industry and academia, carried out coordination of establishing education and production plant (EPP) and the creation of technological solutions for the production of:

                     a) cereal products

                     b) fruit and vegetables products

as a basic document for the principles of the future operation of the plant; standardizing the two traditional recipe for production within the EPP; and the introduction of mini HACCP system. Through education and manufacturing facility objective is to encourage food processing production based on high technology processes.
